In the occasion of the European Commission High Level Visit to Nigeria, led by Ms Margrethe Vestager, Vice President of the European Commission, DIGILOGIC has been invited to present its activities at the panel ““Digital and Innovation Ecosystem in Nigeria - challenges, success stories and opportunities” organised in Lagos, at the Tony Elumelu Foundation.
Adriano Mauro, Prototipi Managing Director, in charge of the project’s Dissemination and Communication activities participated in a panel with Solape Hammond, CEO, Hervest; Onyebuchi Akosa, Chief Information/Innovation Officer, United Bank for Africa (UBA); Christian Keller, Founder, African Founders; Damilola Teidi, Director Start-Up Support, Innovation, and Acceleration, Co-Creation Hub; Dare Medunoye, Chief Digital Officer, Heirs Insurance; Moderator: Titi Akinola, Director of Operations, The Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF).
The event saw the participation of Ms Samuela Isopi, European Commission Ambassador to Nigeria and ECOWAS, Ms Cécile Tassin-Pelzer, Head of Cooperation, EU Delegation to Nigeria and Ms. Francesca Di Mauro, Head of Unit West Africa, DG International Partnerships at European Commission.
